Following your delivery

Please note: order tracking numbers are provided once your order has been processed and sent. Your order is packed and then collected by DHL, who enter it into their system, and your tracking number is sent to you once it is in transit. Please do not contact us immediately after ordering to ask for your tracking number. We only receive the tracking code once the package has been shipped, no sooner.

To track your order, enter your tracking code in the box below and press the "Track" button. The code was sent to you in a "Your Order Has Now Been Shipped" email, which you would have received 24 to 36 hours after purchasing.

Cannot find the email?

Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, email us at admin@lawnlevelerrakeaustralia.care with your order number and the email address you used at checkout, and we will resend the code.
