What is the Soil Leveller made of to ensure it will be strong and durable?

Firstly we have the 2 section stainless steel handle for our Lawn Leveling Rakes which ensures the strength and stability when in use. A cheaper wooden handle will break after extended use and moving heavier materials, and a 3 section handle is not as stable and will bend.
Secondly we are proud to advise our prospective customers that our Lawn Leveller Rake has a unique Locking Pin design for attaching the ground plate to the handle. This unique locking pin design system does away with the inconvenience of a bolted ground plate, making the Lawn Level Rake extremely easy to assembly and disassemble with no tools needed. This ensures that once you have finished using your Lawn Leveler Rake the only thing you need to do is to remove the pins and slide out the holding bar, and the plate is then separate from the handle for convenient and easy storage.
We suggest that you slide pins into the holding metal bar when separated from plate, so they are stored together for future use of your Level Lawn Rake.
A major disadvantage of bolted plates used on other Level Rake designs, is that the bolts may become loose or shear during use of these lawn leveler tools. This inevitably meaning you have to stop working, find a spanner to tighten the bolts or find a replacement bolt.

How do you Top Dress your lawn?
Top dressing a lawn with our lawn levelling rake is the process of distributing a very thin even layer of usually soil, compost or sand (or mixture) over your entire lawn, or sections of your lawn requiring repair. It is important to ensure that this layer should only be approximately a 1/4″ or .64cm thick. This will improve the soil quality of your lawn whilst allowing the existing grass to grow through the top dressing material mixture. Our Lawn Leveler Rake Tool not only makes this job so much easier but achieves professional results.
There are many benefits to top dressing a lawn which is not looking its best, including during the preparation it helps to reduce the accumulation of dead grass clippings and stems (thatch). Once this has been removed, the lawn should be mowed with a rotary mower on a lower setting, with a catcher attachment. Then aerate or core your lawn, and spread the mix evenly over the desired area, using your level lawn rake. Never top dress more than .8cm during an application, and make sure that the grass tips are still showing.
Applying the top dressing mix with a Leveling Rake helps to increase the ability of your soil to retain nutrients, improves drainage and increases resistance to pests and disease.
