Ordering Process

We have refined our checkout process to make it simple and easy for you to purchase our products. It is totally transparent and gives you our customer, all the information you require to make a safe purchase from us.

Our prices are clearly shown on our product pages. Once items have been added to the cart you can view the total of your purchases. This total will never increase unless you add additional items to your cart.

The stated cart price cannot increase but can decrease if you have an applicable coupon code to apply at checkout.

Payment Methods

We offer two payment methods, both secured with industry standard Comodo 256-bit Positive SSL Encryption for your protection.

1.  PayPal.  Regardless of whether you have a PayPal account or not, you can use this method. Many customers buying online prefer this option as you get double protection for your purchase, protection from both PayPal and your financial institution. If you do not have an account with PayPal just use your regular Credit Card when prompted during the PayPal checkout process.

2.  Major Credit Cards. To use this option simply enter your card details, billing details and check the T&C’s and Privacy Policy when checking out. You will get full protection from your financial institution in the extremely rare event that you have an issue during your transaction with Level Lawn Australia.

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Credit Cards.

Level Lawn Australia only ever see the last 4 digits of your credit card and we do not store your card information. This information is held on the secure servers of our payment providers. This means your card data is secure and we do not have the ability to bill you multiple times or set up any kind of subscription services such as monthly billing for regular repeat orders.

Once we receive your payment, the only other transaction we can then perform is a refund for you.

Whichever payment method you choose you will be asked to agree to both our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy so that you are fully aware of your rights before you make your purchase. We are fully transparent with our policies for your peace of mind and for the required financial requirements of our payment vendors.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship from several locations dependent on the product(s) you have purchased. Delivery times vary due to a number of factors such as your location, holiday periods, and acts of god (force majeure). You can see full details of our shipping policy here.

Refunds

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% totally satisfied with your purchase we offer a 100% money back guarantee. Once we have received proof of the complaint or defect, and we have then been given the opportunity to rectify the problem, but been unable to do so, e.g. by sending a replacement part, we will issue a refund back to you via the payment method that you selected during checkout.

Return of Items  – Who is responsible for shipping cost?

You can return your product anytime within 10 days for an exchange or full refund subject to the following conditions.

  • If the item is damaged or not as described when you receive it, you will be able to return the item. We will be responsible for return shipping costs and arrange with DHL.
  • If you decide that you no longer want the product for whatever reason (excluding damaged or not as described) you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Items must be shipped back to our Australian Administration Office.
  • Must not be scratched, marked, or damaged.
  • Must be returned in the original packaging in original condition.
  • All returned items will be thoroughly inspected.
  • *** COVID-19 UPDATE – Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19 we may ask you to ship back to our UK Office. We appreciate your understanding in this matter during this unprecedented time.

What is your refund request rate?

We are proud to state that less than 1% of our customers ever request a refund for whatever reason. This is almost unheard of for an eCommerce venture.
