Refunds & Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Our aim is to respond to all support emails within 12 hours.

Within 30  days of receiving your order, if the product is faulty, damaged, or not in accordance with your order you should notify Level Lawn Australia of your intent to return the product to us.

Otherwise you will waive any right to reject them.

 

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled within 12 hours. If your order has been paid and you need to cancel or change it, you must contact us within 12 hours. All cancelled orders will be subject to a 5% admin / service and processing fee to cover our time and credit card charges.

Refunded Item Fees

Should you request a refund, if you decide that you no longer want the product for whatever reason (excluding damaged or not as described) the amount refunded will exclude the original cost of processing and shipping incurred by Level Lawn Australia.

A non-refundable AUS Dollar amount is:

  • Lawn Leveler    77cm / 30″ – $68
  • Lawn Leveler    92cm / 36″ – $75

Return of Items  – Who is responsible for shipping cost?

You can return your product anytime within 30 days for an exchange or full refund subject to the following conditions.

  • If the item is damaged or not as described when you receive it, you will be able to return the item. We will be responsible for return shipping costs and arrange with DHL.
  • If you decide that you no longer want the product for whatever reason (excluding damaged or not as described) you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Items must be shipped back to our Australian Administration Office.
  • Must not be used, scratched, marked, or damaged.
  • Must be returned in the original packaging in original condition.
  • All returned items will be thoroughly inspected.
  • *** COVID-19 UPDATE – Due to the current situation with COVID-19 we may ask you to ship back to our UK Office, as our Australian office may not be staffed. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

 

Refund Process

If a refund is agreed for whatever reason the following process will occur.

If buyer and seller have agreed that the buyer will return the item to the required address, the refund will only be processed once we receive the product back in the condition stated above.

If no return is required we will go ahead and process the refund.

  • The refund will be processed within 2 business days
  • The refund will be returned to the original payment source; i.e. Credit Card via Stripe Payment Gateway, or via Paypal.

 

Undeliverable Items

Please ensure you provide the complete and correct shipping address, as items which we are unable to deliver to the address provided will be returned to sender and no refund will be given.
